NISA will carry
out activities to serve the objectives underlying
the action plan and attend to different forms of
legal services required by the NRKs, in the various
forms like tendering legal advice, consultation,
arranging for arbitration of disputes and the
conducting of cases before Courts and Tribunals.
NISA will tender three types of services, such as
advice, consultation and assistance for litigation.
Of these, both advice and consultation of normal
nature and type will be rendered free of cost while
litigation will be carried out on behalf of the
client on receipt of their concurrence and their
agreement to the suggested fee structure.
The fee payable per cases, depending upon the nature
of proceedings required for the services rendered
will be fixed by a panel of Retired Judges of the
Supreme Court and High Courts appointed by NISA and
will be intimated to the persons concerned for their
concurrence before proceeding further.
