The
NORKA-NISA has already drafted a working paper so as
to elicit the views the detail of the various types
of grievances faced by the Non-resident Keralites.
The working paper prepared by Justice K.Sukumaran,
along with the copies of the existing Act and Rules
is being circulated among the public so as to elicit
their views, Section-wise and Rule-wise.
This is proposed to be examined by the Expert
Committee under contemplation on receipt of
suggestions from the public and on the basis of
evidence and materials other wise collected as well.
