Niyama Sameeksha had actively and substantially
contributed in the discussions arranged in Kerala
House on 27-4-2004 by the World Malayalee Council.
Justice K. Sukumaran and Dr. Julian Francis of
Niyama Sameeksha and a acollaborator of Niyama
Sameeksha Dr.Jayaraj of International Law Studies,
former Ambassadors M.P.M.Menon and Fabian, (who
belong to Kerala and handled NRK problems
officially), had made substantial intellectual
inputs in the Seminar.
The Seminar had been inaugurated by Dr.
K.R.Narayanan, the former Rashtrapathy, who made
important suggestions in the functioning of the
Ministry of Foreign affairs.
Mr. Satheesh Namboothiripad made a detailed
presentation explaining the actions and activities
of NORKA in that will attended function.
