same manner as in pre-agreement period.

If you are an NRK (Non-Resident Keralite) or his/her
family member, you can register and avail the legal
cell service with us. Legal Cell is a free service,
provided by NORKA-NISA
(NORKA (Non
Resident Keralite) is a Governmental
agency, conceived of an instrumentality to protect
the Non-Resident Keralites working all over the
world)
(NISA (‘Niyama Sameeksha’), an organization, which
had been meaningfully functioning for over a decade,
which had been conferred ‘Associated Status’ by the
KELSA (Kerala
State Legal Services Authority).
(Constituted under a parliamentary enactment with a
sitting Judge of the High Court as its Chairman).
Registration
Why do I need to register ?
Registration will give you quick access to certain
features like online submission, case tracking,
edit/update profiles etc. Registration takes only a
few minutes so it is recommended you do so. However,
you may also choose legal service by post.
How do I register? What information do you
require?
Fill in the following information at 'Registration'
page about yourself before participating in the
Legal Cell. (Please provide the correct details to
get in touch with you in case any further queries).

Name, Address & Email Address. This e-mail
address will act as your login name to access
our legal services. This is used with your
password for login.
{Create New Email Address: If you does not have
an email ID, you may create one here at:

Password. Upper and lower case letters and
numbers can be used. This will be used at time
of login to verify our authenticity. Passwords
are case sensitive. |

Country of residence, any other information you
would like us to know. |

Client Privacy & Case Data Management
We integrate case matters through a data warehouse
of client-related information. Access to the data is
controlled and privileged. Document retrieval
and update functionality was provided through a
robust interface via the enterprise document
management system.
