The Chairman, Niyama Sameeksha Trust, in his
letter cited has elaborated that they have been
actively associating with Legal Literacy
movements for the last six years and they are
extending their services all over the State of
Kerala. It is requested that Kerala State Legal
Services Authority may consider the grant of
recognition of their organisation as one
eligible to collaborate with the State Legal
Services Authority.

The Hon'ble Executive Chaiman is satisfied of
the functioning of the said Non Governmental - Organisation and as his Lordship is of the
opinion that accreditation should be given to
Niyama Sameeksha Trust to function throughout
the State of Kerala in association with the
Kerala State Legal Services Authority.
Therefore, it is necessary that accreditation
must be given to Niyama Sameeksha Trust.

the circumstances accreditation is given to
Niyarna Sameeksha Trust, Providence Road,
Cochin-l8, to work through out the State of Kerala in association with the State Legal
Services Authority.
